  Lies. Lies. and more lies! Justina was the seller's agent. She had an argument with my agent and decided to hide or keep the keys to the house so I couldn't do an inspection. After closing escrow, I discovered the seller left a freakin' toilet in the back yard among other pieces of junk she was supposed to remove. Justina said she was a professional agent and would ensure that her client would remove the items or she would. After weeks of stalling, it's been a month now and she ignores my messages. And now she says it's not her responsibility and doesn't care. All talk. No action. That's what you get with Justina Singh of Keller Williams of San Carlos. She doesn't even deserve 1 star.
